Modular Conveyor

Heavy-duty modular conveyor systems designed for general industrial material handling applications. Built from simple bolt-together sections, the design helps keep manufacturing, transport, and installation costs affordable while still allowing the conveyor to be customised to suit the required width, length, height, incline, and support arrangement.

The conveyor is made up of a head section, tail section, and intermediate modules. The head section is made to suit the application, while the tail section is designed for loading areas, with impact rollers spaced at 375 mm centres to support the belt. As standard, the tail uses a straight wing pulley to help clear material from the underside of the belt and reduce build-up around the pulley. SKF SYJ-TF bearing units are used for the pulley supports, providing a reliable and easily serviceable bearing arrangement.

Optional accessories include support legs, top covers, belt scrapers, dust suppression, wear liners, custom chutes, extended wall heights, and guarding.
