Versamod Conveyor
A versatile solution for heavy-duty material handling across mining, quarrying, civil construction, recycling, and general industrial applications. The bolt-together design keeps manufacturing, transport, and installation costs down without sacrificing the ability to configure the conveyor to your exact site requirements — width, length, height, incline, and support arrangement are all variable.
Each conveyor is built from a head section, intermediate sections, and a tail section. The intermediate sections bolt together to achieve the required length, with the head section closing out the final span and housing the head pulley and drive. The tail section is designed for loading areas, with impact rollers at 375 mm centres to absorb load and protect the belt.
Throughput capacity depends on belt width, speed, material density, and incline — contact us with your application details and we'll size the system accordingly. Belt widths from 600 mm to 1600 mm are available, with a range of carry roller arrangements, belt types, and roller options to suit the material being handled.
Accessories include support legs, top covers, belt scrapers, dust suppression, wear liners, custom chutes, extended wall heights, and guarding.

Emergency stops can be supplied in accessible areas. Where the full conveyor length is accessible, a pull-wire emergency stop can be fitted along the conveyor.
Guarding can be supplied around accessible nip points, pulleys, drive areas, tail sections, and return rollers where required.
Guarding requirements are assessed to suit each conveyor layout, access point, and site condition, with consideration to AS/NZS 4024 conveyor safety requirements.
